These machines have been designed for spray painting profiles, rods, frames and strips and can be used with water-base paints, thinners, nitro and polyurethane paints, paints containing pigments, acrylic paints, matt and gloss paints. The machine features four spray stations which can host each one or two automatic spray-guns, collection trays and a duct for direct product recovery. The machine, operated from a central control panel, automatically controls the spray-guns’ opening and closing timings in relation to the length of the work-pieces and feed speed, thereby ensuring large paint savings. Operation and adjustments are independent for each spray-gun. The feeding system is ensured by a solvent-resistant conveyor belts. The filtering system with its high performances and efficiency provides good protection against pollution for the machine’s operator and general surrounding work-area. Our models come in three main variants: standard, compact, and anti-corrosion.
